Small Hardwood Orangery

Our client required Breckenridge to build a small orangery to complement their house, in order to achieve this we used ironstone, a local quarry stone, to match to the existing stone work. The orangery is 4.3 metres wide by 3.3 metres deep and covers an area of 15 square metres in total.

As the house was south facing we included solar control glass to both the roof and frames to

reduce the heat throughout Summer. A small room to the rear was opened up to allow more light through and this in turn created a larger inner space. Under floor heating and tiling was installed to complete the project.

Breckenridge dealt with all planning issues, building regulations and energy tests. This Orangery has a price point of £53,000 including VAT.
